Most of the items we sale are used unless otherwise specified on the item description itself.  No warranties expressed or implied.  We strive for customer satisfaction and offer a 10 day return policy.  Item(s) must be returned within 10 days after reciept for a credit and/or refund minus the cost of shipping. If it is found to be our fault in failing to describe the item properly shipping will be refunded.  Otherwise there is a 15% restocking fee.  Items must be returned in the EXACT same condition it was recieved in which includes all the original manuals and items shipped with the product in its original packaging.

Buyers remorse and or the like are not grounds for a full refund so please be sure you are 100% certain these are the items you wish to purchase BEFORE you complete the buying process.  We advise EVERYONE to shop around on the internet and in your local stores BEFORE purchasing from ANYONE! If you find an item cheaper later AFTER you have already purchased it elsewhere.  That is not the sellers liability.  Of course you could still return the purchase with the above stated conditions, in the stated time frame if the item is purchased from us.  The refund you receive depends on all of the above conditions being met. We will deduct any fees incurred in processing the order BEFORE a refund is issued this includes shipping and cost to list the item.

All cancellations made prior to shipping will be charged a $5 processing fee.  Cancellations made after the item has been shipped and postage placed on the article will be charged $5 also and  the remainder of  the charge will be refunded. If it is found to be our fault in ANY circumstances a full refund including shipping is then given.

Please be sure to read all of the items description and do not assume it says something that it does not say or what you want it to say.  Buying used items means just that.  Altho we do get a vast inventory of new items as well there are no warranties on used items other than stated in this policy.

Please also be advised that we do recycle boxes that we ship in.  These are most often only used where an item is too large to fit into a regular Priority USPS box.  If used boxes are a problem for you on the larger items please notify us before you item ships and we will do our best to locate a new unused box to ship your item in.  Otherwise a previously used box will be used to ship items in.  We do make sure that these recycled boxes are fit and secure to ship all items in before we ship them.
