FEMA OVER BROADCASTING?

















Fema said this was just a test.  We could not switch channels on our TV with EPB service.  However Comcast users had no problem with their sets!  They said for 3 mns.  Then EPB Stated on FB it would be for 4 hours.  We could not restore our TV until well after 4 p.m. when we had to call EPB to have them reinstall our box!  What was this really?
